Salad Dressing or Dip

This is not good for you but it taste great. We have it as a treat once or twice a year.
Blend equal parts real mayo, sour cream and blue cheese. I let it set for several hours for the flavors to blend before serving it.

Good gawd - homemade is the best. Anything but that pre-packaged chemical ranch junk. Gech.

Helen's dip sounds really good - equal part of blue cheese! You could use any of the blues, gorgonzola, etc.

Use a good quality mayo - with olive oil if you like, or homemade mayo.
 
After reading all this, my wife is in the kitchen right now making some homemade ranch. We will have a little side tray of some GOOD Wisconsin cheddar cheese, summer sausage, celery, carrots, and crackers. I will be eaten good in about 30 minutes.
