Found something buried in the pantry:

Say hello to my little friend. I plan on taking him to a fine restaurant to see what happens.

But no, I do mean the curry.

A lot of the stuff that we get these days has hours, minutes and seconds on the Best Before.

In the absence of such, it'd prolly be fine if it was a sauce, wouldn't be so fussed on meat and veges.

palm oil, wheat flour, sugar, salt, cornstarch, curry powder (turmeric, coriander, cumin, fennel, spices), onion powde, tomato powder, autolyzed yeast extract, fruit paste (banana, sugar, honey, tomato), honey, skim milk, dry whole milk, cheese (chedder, gouda), peanut butter (peanut), soy sauce powder (soybeans, wheat, salt), chutney, cocoa, apple paste, garlic powder, red pepper, monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, sodium citrate, coloring (caramel, paprika), soy lecithin, monogrycerides, citric acid, natural and artificial flavor, spice extract (laurel)

Yeah, will be fine.

Apparently it may never have been safe to eat in the first place. I really don't want to let it go bad, uhm, worse. If I stop posting on Monday, you know why!

Wow we get S&B's Curry made in Tokyo and it is a solid brick also. Never seen the Vermont Curry.

Curry ftw. And I bet you will be just fine if you eat that stuff. It just might not be as good as it was if it were fresh. Or at least fresher.

Vermont Curry is made by House Foods, The largest curry manufacturer in Japan. You can find it in most any Asian food store.
My ex used to make it on Sunday evenings, and force me to continue eating it until about Wednesday, coming close to making me never want to eat it--or smell it---again.

EAT IT!!! It's just a quality thing (oxidative rancidity/off flavors) it won't kill you man. If you are real worried you can find someone to "befriend" and give them a little first LOL.
