Curry ftw. And I bet you will be just fine if you eat that stuff. It just might not be as good as it was if it were fresh.
Vermont Curry is made by House Foods, The largest curry manufacturer in Japan. You can find it in most any Asian food store.
My ex used to make it on Sunday evenings, and force me to continue eating it until about Wednesday, coming close to making me never want to eat it--or smell it---again.
