whatever ammo you get for any handgun make sure that you can happily shoot a bare minimum of 50 practice rounds with it every range trip, which should be at least momthly. affordability, familiarity, shot placement, muscle/coordination memory and comfort all trump bullet energy imho.
more imho: it’s too bad that there isn’t as wide a choice of affordable 32 handguns and ammo as there is of 38s, 380s and 9s. as more seniors and women acquire handguns they need a softer shooting centerfire handgun for protection.
