Really good vehicles, really cheap!

I only used Honda's as an example of high resale value but there are other individual vehilces(Mazda Miata) that carry a high resale value too. I used Honda's also because they are a high volume vehicle(Accord/Civic) and the market is flooded with them but, their resale value is through the roof.

I beg to differ on the Accord's resale value being through the roof. I unsuccessfully tried to sell my pristine 2008 Accord EX-L with 27k miles on it for a month before selling it to a local dealer for a low ball price. It was fully loaded except for nav, never smoked in or eaten in, adult driven, and fully syn. oil changes with pp or mobil 1 every 5k. I had it on craigslist, ebay and autotrader for $16,495 which was on the low end on the trade in value, not even a single call!! And one of the reasons I bought the Honda was for the supposed resale value. Tom

92-93 accords are selling around here for 1000-1500.

Not to pick on you, because I hear that alot. I love that statement. You don't want my "Adult Driven" Trans Am, maybe my Buick but that cars throttle is also an on and off switch.

I am what my friends call "Mechanically Insensitive" I do not skimp on maintenatce though, both of them get lots of love.

the beauty about this subject (inexpensive good used cars) is they are literally every where. all makes and models!
