I don't know if you can see it in the second picture, but the dash was signed by Carroll Shelby.

That doesn't look original at all; looks like a Unique Performance GT500e "Eleanore" car. They built them under license from Carrol Shelby.

I don't know much about the details on the copies.

This one had a sticker (on both sides) of the fender that says GT500 (no E) and a metal badge that said "Shelby" and "GT 500" like this one:
