When it comes to oil inside an engine.
You do realize that the engine itself is about 15 times more restrictive to oil flow than an oil filter. So what that means is the oil filter is a minor impedance to oil flow from a positive displacement oil pump.
This is something many people do not grasp/understand ... that is, the only time the restriction to flow from an oil filter ever matters is when the oil pump is in pressure relief mode (usually around 80~100 psi). And that rarely happens except with cold oil and high engine revs. When it does happen, the pressure drop across the filter is still only ~1/15h of the total pressure drop across the engine ... so again, it really doesn't matter much.
And also, Jim Allen has backed up the proof that PureOnes are not restrictive with his data logging delta-p sensor setup on his truck. Nobody can make the determination if an oil filter is "restrictive" or not without real measurement data.
