We had a dinner meeting at the house this evening. Since the weather is turning cooler it's time for some soups and pulled pork again.
We started off with some chicken and mushroom soup.

Next was some pulled pork. 4 pounds of pork ribs, brined for 20 hours and then smoked for 4 hours. Then they were allowed to rest for a couple hours before going into the oven with homemade honey flavored barbeque sauce for a half hour or so. It was served on homemade beer batter buns.

In all it fed 8 people for less than $40. There were only a few crumbs left.
