Got a 5 qt jug of Castrol Euro 5w-40 at Wally World for an upcoming OCI on the 2016 Passat. Got it in store for $23.
Some filters for the 2014 Forester came in the mail yesterday.
Four jugs of Mobil1 0w-40. One for my oil change, three laid in as a guard against possible shortages. One Wix XP for said oil change. And that same day, I stumbled upon another Wix I had bought earlier!
The Mobil1 I consider a good deal. It and my preferred tortillas are the only things I go to W*lmart for lol. I hate that place, but it’s also almost $17 cheaper for a jug than a leading national auto parts chain hawks it for.

Amsoil haul, mostly for my new to me 2012 Nissan Armada.
The Valvoline Restore and Protect because it was in stock at WM, there was 2 on the shelf, my 0W-20 supply not to big and 2 vehicles using it currently.
The SuperTech 20w50 went into a drain and fill on my John Deere LTR166 with K46 transmission. I still need to test if it will do anything, maybe tomorrow. 20+ year old mower, probably at least close to 500 hours and barely moves. New belt, all tensioned up. It's been a couple years since last D&F and that was with Tuff Torque oil. Kind of a Hail Mary test before deciding if I want to spend $1k on a new transmission and put it in. John Deere dealer want $2k installed, $850 of that is labor. Other shops by me don't want anything to do with the Deere stuff. 2 dealers on Long Island, closest to home is over 1/2 hour away.

decided to break way from my amsoil for everything for my brand new sentra as its little 145hp mr20 shouldn't be overly hard on oil other than di fuel dilution and the only way to fix that is to change it more often so I bought the forum's latest darling oil and an OEM filter, not sure when I'll do the "break in" oil change on it (it has 600 miles on it as of today) my godzilla f250 and vg33 xterra are likely to remain AMSOIL Signature Series 5w30

$3 qt of Valvoline High Mileage 10W-30 Maxlife and $2 bottle of SI1 at a flea market table at a local Hispanic festival in a shopping center. Mower is over 25 hours on the dribblings and I'm out of them, so good timing on the Valvoline. Briggs says never need to change the oil, but I have a mild case of BITOG fever.
Maybe they blow-up about the time the extended OCI is up, lol. Sounds like B&S doesn't think it will use oil, or maybe use enough oil where topping off keeps the oil fresh. What do they say about oil level checking and top off?

I think Briggs knows the average owner gets 3 or 4 years out of a mower before the carb clogs and they buy a new one.
They do say top it off.
Edit: Mine doesn't burn any oil since I've always used 5W-30 Euro spec leftovers from my BMW LL-01 and Mercedes MB 229.52 cars. So it doesn't know what a top-off is.

I have a “no change” B&S - it only means no change if I don’t like the weather (changed around March each year)
