Walmart delivery has always been peerless for me. I think this particular FedEx driver was pissed because the box was heavy (wimp) so dropped it from a height upside-down. Even though the jugs were in a sealed bag with the caps wrapped in that plastic tape, unbeknownst to me Pennzoil jugs don't have sealed foil lids under the cap like Mobil 1 does. It leaked from the caps resulting in this mess🤬

I had the exact same experience ordering Pennzoil Ultra Platinum from Walmart and having it delivered. I returned it.

Oil in Canada in non-returnable.
Walmart gave me my dough back and I got to keep the product.
I managed the mess so had no viable claim. Was still a bastard of an unexpected cleanup.
I just want them to know they have a dirt bag, inept, liability of a driver working for them.
I'll see if our building security cams picked up the truck number.
FedEx delivers for Walmart and did in this particular instance.

Here in SE Okla, Valvoline Extended Protection 5w-30 is stocked at Walmart, Royal Purple 5w-30 is missing. Used to no one around had Pennzoil Ultra Platinum, now it's on the shelf at Walmart but Valvoline Restore and Protect 5w-30 is missing.

I got 2 jugs of EP for my 5.7 Oil change this week. It had Pennzoil Platinum 5W-20 and 5w-30 from 23k to 120k, then I switched to Valvoline 5w-30. Being it's a hemi, I'm wondering about the upcoming 5w-40 RP.
 
Picked up 2 more Valvoline Restore and Protect Fuel System Cleaner. I may have to pick up one more since my Legacy is 18.5 gallons. I guess I could use most of a bottle for the CRV and save a little and add to the Legacy. That would work. Then the other bottle I have could go into my Audi that I don't drive but run once in a while.
 
Up to 6 jugs now of Valvoline Restore and Protect on the shelf, just to make sure any potential shortage doesn’t affect me for awhile.

I think it’s a regional thing. My local Walmart has been stocked to the gills with all flavors of Valvoline Restore and Protect.

Mine as well my Grandson bought a used Subaru 2015 Outback and found out the car had a severe sludge problem. Many dollars latter and an engine flush its back on the road. Bought him a couple Jugs to finish cleaning it out when he gets back from school.

Say more about Rislone please. Local Menards has it. Are you talking about using ___ miles before next oil change?

I have Compass with 2.4L, and I switch oil brands depending what's on sale. 188K with no harm done : )

The same thing happened to me on that pricing error with Walmart on the Castrol Edge Euro oil a month back or so. I ordered six jugs and received three with one of those three leaking the same way.
 
Out: Unknown on grand daughter's new to her 2025 Jeep Compass 41,160 miles. Service Champ filter.
In: Valvoline Restore and Protect 5w30 (manufacturer recommended viscosity) Mopar Mo-339 filter.
