I don't like all those X's with the ESP lineup. I'm confused enough already. 
Out : Mobil 1 Extended Performance 5w30 (54,000 miles)
In Mobil 1 Extended Performance 5w30 + used the same Fram Ultra #9688 as before (Previous OCI had 1,260 miles / 8 months OCI - so will use the Fram Ultra one more OCI). Strong fuel smell after shorter tripping during this OCI oil drain, so using Mobil 1 Extended Performance with greater resistance to oxidation for only $2 more per 5 quart jug than vanilla Mobil 1 is a good move I believe . Mobil 1 Extended Performance oil is not just for a long drain 20K mile application but helps with a GDI engine and fuel dilution that is getting used mostly for shorter 6-to-10-mile trips .

Currently at the neighborhood NAPA, their NAPA Synthetic Oil is on sale for: 5qt bottles: $20.99 / 1qt bottles $4.50. They sold 14qts to me for $60.00 ($4.28/qt). The Malibu takes 4.2 quarts so i prefer single quart bottles.
From Advance Auto Parts, Two 5 qt. jugs of Pennzoil Ultra Platium 5w30 and two Purolator Boss oil filters, $79.98 for oil and filters. My very nice sister in law gave me a AAP $45 gift card for Christmas 
. With any luck this time I will get the $25 Pennzoil gift card offer and the AAP $10 oil filter card/points. My past rebate dealings with Shell products has been horrible. Hopefully since I bought the oil from an advertised sponsor here on BITOG using their advertised vendor I'll get my rebate this time

My family and I headed to Minneapolis for a few days. Love the city, I haven't been since 2008. Decided to hit up the Walmart Supercenter and picked up Mobil 1 0w20 and a Fram FE9972 filter for the rav4. The oil was on rollback and was $26.97 ($37.23cdn). It goes on sale up here from time to time but lowest I've seen is $41.99 cdn. So still saved $5.
And a FE7312 filter for my CRV. We don't get these Fram endurance up in Canada. Read some good things on bitog.

Okay, just did that on the ‘22 Tahoe bcs it’s on a dealer change plan
(I’m on 3/12) - they tell me it’s ACD synthetic but who knows* …
Going to do the EC30 at 80-60% OLM - have Fumoto - easy.
*never did one of these but it’s part of extended warranty …
