I get it, but i don't see where Pennzoil conventionalS fits with the line, i thought the oil pictured was just whatever new packaging Pennzoil conventional had?

At the bottom you can see all the different oils they sell. Apparently the full synthetic is entry level synthetic made from crude oil and not natural gas. The Pennzoil Conventional is the entry blend and the gold is advanced blend? Whatever that means

Haven’t read all the material here on it. Is this basically Quaker State Full Synthetic in a penz bottle, the penn black full syn?

New vehicle, new extra quart of oil to have on hand just in case.

I inadvertently ended up with 6 quarts of Schaeffer's v twin 20w50 motorcycle oil. It was supposed to be mid 80s Kendall motorcycle oil. Seller already sent me a refund and told me to keep the oil. Guess I've got some Schaeffer's now.
 
Valvoline Maxlife 5w20 syn blend for my mom's Five Hundred.
Motorcraft FL-820S.

Bought for a winter oil change, figured out the best thing with my parents cars is just buy the oil months in advance so it's ready to go.
