Was the last time a neon was on here when this forum came to be? 😂 hard to find these things anymore
Grandma bought a 97’ Plymouth Neon brand new. Was a decent car I remember.

Forgot to put this pic on my previous post

2010 BMW X3, N52
135,563 miles on car.
5,550 miles on oil.

Out: Mobil 1 ESP 0W-30 and HPL Engine Cleaner 30 mix and Mann Filter.
In: 7qts HPL 0W-30 Supercar and Mann Filter.
Oil came out reddish from dissolving 130k miles of Castrol Euro varnish. I ran the EC30 because I had a PCV failure and built up some brown, crusty stuff before I caught it. All gone now!
Had the VANOS bolt recall done last week and tech noted engine is very, very, clean. He forgot I asked for a pic though.

My daughter's 2011 Forte
2.0L four cylinder
~155500.miles
Valvoline MaxLife 5W-30
Denso 159-243 oil filter
Valve cover gasket replacement on deck
Edit: 4500 mile OCI this time since I'm headed for a back surgery in a couple weeks.
Been considering Restore and Protect on this little guy. The dipstick was varnished when she bought it so I'm guessing the engine is also. It runs great and doesn't make any clicking, ticking or knocking noises at this point and doesn't burn oil, or a miniscule amount, based on what I saw when I changed the plugs.
My son is going to do the valve cover gasket soon so we'll make that determination when the valve cover is off.

No reason not to use it. My son's '10 Forte 2.0 is quieter now on startup than when we bought it used. I did HPL Engine Cleaner 30 and some HPL oil quarts with PP over the years. I still think it's a bit noisy as compared to other vehicles but at 197k it is what it is. His was very clean after all that but like above I have no reason not to use the Valvoline Restore and Protect. I do about 5k changes anyway so not worried on extended use.

I posted pics of his under valve cover.
