I like the label. I’ve thought about making a laminated card or something for my toolbox, with the torque specs too.

Daughter's 2012 Ford Fusion SE 2.5L

OCI: 6,800 miles, 8 months
Out: 5 Qt Castrol EDGE, 1/2 Qt Castrol EDGE High Mileage, All 5W30, Fram Titanium
In: 5 Qt Castrol EDGE, 1/2 Qt Castrol EDGE High Mileage, All 5W30, Wix (All about 2-3 years old from stash)

Mobil 1 Extended Performance is my go-to oil (70% of the time). However, I have also used Valvoline Extended Protection on occasion. I use Valvoline when Walmart has a good sale or rebate on the 5 qt. jugs.
You might consider running Valvoline Restore and Protect to knock out that oil consumption while it's still early and manageable, before the cylinders get scored (if it's the rings, which Valvoline Restore and Protect will help you diagnose).

2009 Ford fusion 2.3 liter that was purchased last week on the behalf of a family member.

Drained out some flavor of quakerstate 5w20 going by the sticker, unknown cartridge filter, I removed the cartridge filter housing and installed a regular spin on filter mount that takes a common 3614 filter to make oil changes easier.

Installed a Champ filter and fill with Napa 5w20 syn blend

Love the 3614. Makes me think of my old Toyota 4x4. Run one on my Camry.

2018 Mazda CX-9:

Out- Valvoline Restore and Protect 5w30/ Champ XL Filter
In- Valvoline Restore and Protect 5w30/ Purolator 20k LX6607 Filter

4,893 miles and 8 months on interval. What was put in is the third round of Valvoline Restore and Protect, not consecutively I did have one interval of Pennzoil Platinum in between first and second. Oil was very dark subjectively, I am saving the filter for dissection. Car used about 1/2qt.

93,005 total miles.

After reading of the Purolator oil filter glue issues, went ahead and asked the Mazda dealer to replace it with an OEM. Was in there for an alignment and they charged $16 for filter, install and top off. Not too bad IMO.

93,250 miles.
