New to site, posting changes from February:

OCIs for wife's Honda and my truck are every 5K miles or every 5-6 months, whichever comes first.

2019 Honda CR-V 2.4L FWD, 54K miles, replaced all washers for oil and transmission change as well.
  • Oil Change:
    • Out: Valvoline Advanced 0w-20, Honda OEM Filter AO2 (4.6 quarts)
    • In: Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 0w-20, Honda OEM Filter AO2 (4.6 quarts)
  • Transmission Drain & Fill:
    • Out: Factory Fill
    • In: Honda HCF-2 Transmission Fluid 3.9 Quarts
  • Cabin and Air Filters
    • Out: OEM filters
    • In: OEM Filters
2022 Ram 1500 Sport 5.7L Hemi, no-etorque, 4x4, 33K Miles
  • Cabin and Air Filters:
    • Out: OEM
    • In: Purolator filters (switched based on Project Farm's video)
  • Oil Change:
    • Out: Mobil1 Extended Performance 0w-20, Wix Filter (7 quarts)
    • In: Mobil1 EP 0w-20, Mobil1 EP Oil Filter (7 quarts)
      • This will be my last time using Mobil1, will send UOA and VOA to Blackstone on next OCI. (I have an unopened quart of M1 EP, goal is to establish a baseline). Going to use PUP for next 2 OCIs, compare results, then probably switch over to VRP or Redline 5w-30 (warranty will be over at that point) .
      • Oil filter has been ok since change, but planning to switch to Micorgard select on next OCI, if I like that filter then I'll make a nice sized stock pile.

Uncles 2014 GMC 1500 4.3 DI V6

ST syn 5W30, Pentius PLXL 10575 filter

He doesnt maintain it like he should, he lets the OLM flash for months at 0% before he lets me know it needs an oil change. I used to worry about it but doesnt pay to lose sleep over it. Last had an oil change at 110k with same oil and filter. Despite the abuse it runs well.

2023 Mazda CX-50 2.5S
OCI was 9831 miles and 312 hours. The OLM was showing Change Oil Soon and 600 miles remaining for about the last 500 miles.
Oil Out: Pennzoil Platinum 0W-20
Oil Filter Out: 1WPE-14-302

Oil In: Pennzoil Platinum 0W-20
Oil Filter In: 1WPE-14-302

Oil sample was taken and will be posted when its available.

Noticed an oil leak during the change, so it will be going back to the dealer to get that looked at. So this specific run will probably be quite short since it appeared to be the oil pan leaking.

Kept the Fram Ultra XG9018 filter in just cracked the housing let it drain back and screwed it back in. Going 6mo now as the short trips seem to be really bad on the oil in this car, replaced a VVT actuator and a sensor last year and there was some nasty sludge build up around the sensor so I think the annual oil changes aren't enough for it getting driven only a couple miles each way a few times a day. Went with 15W50 since I'll change it again in the fall and I have more than enough of it to spare from the 2021 Walmart extravaganza.
