Post your latest oil change

2016 Subaru Legacy w/ a 2.5l
This car used to belong to my Sister-in-law, but she has since passed it down to my Niece.
I have maintained this car for quite some time now. She had to run to a Valvoline quick change place last time because she was needing it done and couldn’t make it up to my house. They didn’t over tighten the oil filter, but I had to put a good bit of effort into breaking the drain bolt loose. They didn’t even replace the crush washer, they put the drain bolt back in without a washer. Oh well, that’s behind us now. 😉
Oil out / Filter off - Whatever the quick change place put in. / Valvoline VO-106

Oil in / Filter on. - Pennzoil Platinum 5w30 / TG7317

Hopefully she can get a few more miles out of her! 🙂

My new to me 2000 Grand Cherokee Lardeo with the 4.7 and Quadra Drive, due to the previous owner not 100% sure when the last oil change was plus the darkness of the oil in it, I decided to go take it to one particular location of Valovline Instant Oil Change as a good baseline before I start my own oil changes on it. I know someone who works at the location, friends kid, so I know he could tell me if he sees anything down below since I no longer have access to a 4 post lift anymore.

Did just regular 5W30 Vavoline Conventional since I know I will be driving to Las Vegas from Portland later this summer and I want to drive it hard before switching to semi synthenic on that engine. Its been well maintainted from the records I could find on it, but don't want to push my luck.

Found out I have the common small rear main seal leak thats like 3 drops every so often, which I might put in one of the good additives to fix that.

MM was at 10% oil life
Average fuel economy for this OCI: 5.1L per 100km (46.1 MPG)

2019 Sentra 1.8L. Went thicker since the Sentra started to use a little oil last OCI. Not much, but about 1/2 a quart over the last 5,000 miles. It’s much quieter on the 30 weight though.

R&P has a distinctive smell to it. It doesn’t smell like regular Valvoline. Kind of reminds me of the Maxlife ATF smell a little.

Out: 0w-20 Pennzoil Platinum and a Ecogard X4612

which drain plug is that??
also, you a PH3675 is a factory oversize used for the 01-02 HD trucks with the 6.0. fits and since the bypass is in the block it is a straight upgrade with no downsides.

2023 Mazda CX-9, 9,600 miles (second oil change since new)
Valvoline Euro 5W-30 XL-III
Mazda oil filter
That Valvoline XL-III is a very good oil.

From their website:
SAE 5W-30, API SP, API SN Plus, API SN, API SM, ACEA C3, BMW LL-04 Approved, MB 229.51 Approved, MB 229.52, MB 229.31, VW 504.00 Approved, VW 507.00 Approved, Prosche C30.

Suitable for: Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Skoda, Volkswagen.

They obviously should have included Mazda in the list above. It’s a great choice in my opinion.
