How’d the fluid look with that many miles on it? I changed mine in both diffs on my navigator at 140k and it was NASTY.2015 Mercedes Benz C400 137K miles

I bet she rides like a real smoothie now...2019 Ford Ranger FX4, 73k miles with 150k mile recommended maintenance interval, did it early.
Front diff:
Out: factory fill, came out still gold with some shavings on the magnet. Not bad.
In: RP MaxGear 75w90
Rear locking diff:
Out: factory fill, came out dark black and separated into half frothy lower viscosity brown, some shavings on the magnet. Not great.

Transfer case:
Out: factory fill, came out dark brown, some shavings on the magnet
