Post your Gas Mileage : Calculated

Last week my wife and I took our 1995 318ti Club Sport on the BMW Classic Car Club’s 20th Anniversary Tour (I’ll post a summary in a bit). I ran Shell 93 (V-Power NITRO+) exclusively except for one fill up of QT 93 (also a Top Tier fuel). Over 1367 miles it averaged @28 mpg. On the interstate driving to and from SC/NC it averaged as high as 29.2 mpg. Note that 5th gear is 1:1, so at my cruising speeds of 75-80 mph the 1.8 liter I4 was spinning at north of 3800 rpm. Not bad for 30 year old technology.

I was a bit irresponsible with this tank of fuel. There's a good many full throttle romps that pretty much suck everything out of the tank when the turbos are spooled.

I still laugh at the Ford Lie-o-meter. It is never off the same way twice. Sometimes less, sometimes more.

This is the 2025 F150 Hybrid, and we're running on 89 now that the weather has cooled off and we're not towing. Camping trip next weekend so I'll run for 2 weeks on this tank and top up with 93.

Partial fillup at Casey's of 2.962 gal and a full fillup of 14.62 gallons, in the Maverick Hybrid at Casey's yesterday. Been doing lots of exploring this fall. The weather has been fantastic. Another stellar week coming up weather wise.

2003 Honda Civic EX 1.7l 190447 miles
Tank run from 11/02 to 11/09 with a 50/50 city/hwy ratio
128.0 miles, 3.931 gals = 32.6 MPG
Year-to-date: 6539.8 miles, 213.038 gals = 30.7 MPG

I normally fill up every 2-3 weeks, but at little more than 1/4 tank used, I decided to throw in a bottle of Techron Concentrate Plus and fill it up to mix it into the tank.

it is a 12 watt Realistic STA-12 receiver. The speakers are the famous Minimus 7's. It is well matched to the garage environment.

Look very similar to the TECHNICS with the silver and wood sides . Not sure what REALISTIC speakers I have , they're metal and black . Years ago I think I used them for rear speakers with Harman/Kardon AVR 25II . They're in a box in the closet for now .

The receiver is from the early eighties.
