Curious what others see inside their tailpipes. Seems an odd thing to think about yes, but I'm baffled by how clean it stays inside my 2005 Silverado 4.8 engine with 240k miles, 10,187 hours, original engine, exhaust o2 sensors, cats etc
Comparison pics are my wife's direct injection 2013 Hyundai Sonata with 70k ish miles and my carbureted 84 olds with a 76 350 olds engine, running a little rich on cold start with the colder weather lately. Last couple pics of the Silverado tailpipe, I just started it in minus 1 C about 10-15 seconds before.
