Couldn't really capture the oil level, it's windy as all hell, but you can see it's pretty dark. Jeep is on an uphill slope, so it shows it being down a bit, but I'll have to check on level ground. OLM is at 38%, oil has roughly 8,000km on it (4,971 miles), oil is HPL Super Car 0W-40.

Appears HPL is cleaning or working well. We just had a reported tornado 11 miles west of me 🤬🤬

Color on dipstick means nothing. Film on dipstick is too thin. You need to put a sample in clear glass test tube or shot glass to better visualize the color

To the color means nothing guys.

Let's say grandma on social security or totally broke student/ single mom rolls into your shop or asks you for advice.

They dont know anything about this cars maintenance history except that it's been driven the past week or so and fully warmed every day.

You pull the stick and it looks like this.

You're going to recommend they spend money right now on an oil and filter change because color means nothing.

14,400 miles of HPL 0w30 premium passenger car engine oil.

2018 Subaru Forester with 93,400 miles (level is full but by the time I fidgeted with the camera to get it right in the light the oil line isnt definitive for image)
