Pls Help to identify blue liquid inside the bottle

I found this in my home attic most likely left from the previous owner or A/C & Water Heater technician. I can't tell what's inside, it's blue liquid and it's odorless. The label has been stripped off. The bottle itself is quite unique to me. It stands 9.75" x 3"

Since it was found in the attic and not around a pool I would say a leak detector solution.

Mix an ounce in an old disposable water bottle with some water and shake.... does it bubble up good?

It resembles a solution of copper sulfate. This can be used as an algaecide, fungicide, and general antimicrobial.
