I just flushed my AT and power steering using Petro-Canada Duradrive MV Synthetic ATF, and I could not be happier. Not only it was over a $1 cheaper than Castrol Import MV ATF at Walmart (which was the next best price), but it is synthetic. I would never know about it if it wasn't for Overkill posting his positive experience with it, thanks man
My transmission was shifting fine before on Castrol Import MV, but the downshift from 3rd to 2nd was getting a bit "rough" under some circumstances. The flush made it smooth again.
The biggest difference Petro-Canada made was in my power steering. The electric pump always made this "hum", since new that I could hear at idle in the cabin, it is normal on all MZ3's. But now it is dead quiet, I only hear a faint hum with the hood open and standing directly over the engine bay.
So, for all Canadians, take a look at this great product at a great price, especially since we have a limited number of choices and prices are too high for other products.
