4 personal days per year for me, plus 2 weeks off at Christmas (most of that unpaid) and 10-11 weeks off every summer (also unpaid)
Dunno about PERSONAL days, but I get 56 hours sick time, and earn 144 hours of vacation every year.
They added the sick days when they added mandatory vacation from Christmas to New Years. Only a few support people are working at that time to handle customer issues.
Sick time can be used for self, spouse, children and parents. I've taken it twice this year. Once to for an operation for oilBabe and once last week to take my mom to a Dr appt.
Vacation rolls over, but stops accumulating somewhere about 250 hours. I really don't know since I start taking time off in the summer as oilBabe is off for summer break.

Left a job with 4 weeks + 3 days + comp time. They paid me out 10 weeks of vacation when I left.
