First day back at work after yearlong injury.

The VA has concluded your injuries are not service related 🤣
I would say it was an aggravating factor, but not the cause. The cause is a birth defect, which was never found, due to the lack of symptoms. I was in gymnastics, swam and played football in HS, no issues. This condition usually manifests in low teens........it never did for me. I have always been active, and one of those who are just naturally strong, but time and abuse caught up with me. It will happen to us all, I am not one for retroactive responses and blaming the military for stuff later in life. It is all volunteer, once as they say.

Well, the new boss is following suit, meeting was supposed to be at 8am, but audible called, and we have now a meeting at 7.......problem is doors to the building dont open till 7.....guess we will all be late :ROFLMAO:

gotta love it. I have been my own boss now for nearly 11 years..........I suppose to be a good leader, you have to be a good follower.

What oil and filter in the car? 😁.
ford escape.

evidently, they have had many issues with them.

transitioning to Rav4 it seems.

we are instructed to do nothing to the car except put gas in it. So i do not know about oil and filter.

You definitely had a full life in your younger years too. I was the exact opposite, my dad buried me in math books.

one thing i found out today, is since i do not live in the county, there is a charge for the car.

pisses me off, first i heard of it.

it will even out to the good for me, cuts down on miles and tires on my car, and removes the liability or an accident whilst traveling to and from work......all in good fun.

We pay $150 per month but that includes gas card, tolls and unlimited mileage, tires / maintenance, can also use car for cross country vacation drive.

Basically we are paying for Liability Insurance (personal use).

I had a car briefly years ago. We got a W2 for taxable benefit, we had to claim. Was like $110 a month 20 years ago.

I think if they charge you for personal use then they don't have to W2 you - its no longer a "bennie". Or there is some sort of rules like that.

I would add that they do provide the gas card of course, left that out. Evidently there are plans in the works to get it included for all inpsectors. but I will not hold my breath. Most who inspect in the county do not live in the county
