I have read that Mazda specs 5w20 in Canada and Europe, but I don't know if it is true. 0w20 is supposed to help fuel economy. Dang NO2, I didn't realize Amazon had M1 EP so cheap. I just bought two 5 quart jugs of Pennzoil Platinum 0w20 for $30 at Bimart.

People take these oil selectors way too seriously.
If my car takes 5w30... guess which oils will be recommended on the Mobil 1 web site???

I agree - the 0W designation only buys a bit more borderline pumpability temp & flowability, useless for most of us. And I'd like to see their data on fuel economy impact. Likely in the decimal places......irrelavent to most of us, for the extra VI additive needed (& less shear stable to boot).
