85p, 88p, 77p whatever you want.
After wearing out the two "air compressors" in two different jump starters in as many years, I bought a Viair 88P. Three and a half years later and I'm still using it for everything, lawn tractors, bikes, cars, and trucks.
I still use one of the cheap jump starters, with the "air compressor" (ha) removed and a fresh Japanese made AGM battery in it every 3 years. They are not necessarily the same as Fire Alarm batteries, those are often the cheaper Gel Cell and have a much lower charge and discharge Amp limit. I use it to jump people's cars who are neglectful and unprepared. If it doesn't start I say "oh well" and tell them to call AAA or get a ride.
If I sound callous, it's because I jump started a guy several years back, it was quite the experience. First I carefully explained to him the fire hazard, wait until I'm done then ground to chassis, charge his vehicle first for 5 minutes while I rev my engine, and then disconnect before starting. He nodded and said OK and while I put my end on my battery he jammed his ends (of my jumpers) on his battery and hit the starter the moment my arcing clips hit my battery. Fortunately my voltage regulator didn't die right then and there, but it did go up shortly thereafter.
No more jump starts from my vehicle battery, unless you're my wife, and I control the whole process.
