Pennzoil Euro one of the most common oils on sale at AutoZone. They've got lots of brand name synthetics for 2$/qt. You can do better than NAPA syn for 3$, that's just an okay deal. If you did this yesterday you could get a 2$/qt rebate for the Pennzoil. Find it on sale, and get the rebate, and it's free.

My wife drives a FIAT 500 and I maintain it. Do not have to overthink the non-turbo 1.4. Just about any name brand 5w30 conventional or synthetic is going to meet the owners manual call out.

Currently at 30K miles with 5K OCI's and have been running either Pennzoil Pup or Castrol Edge full synthetic 5w30 with no issues. Her FIAT has been 100% reliable since day one FWIW. Good little commuter car.
