Oh lord the 2023 Accord is ugly

I watched a few youtubers review the 2023 Accord, but they were top trims under studio lights. This is the LX in the wild. It looks like the Ford Taurus and Saturn L300 had a child. What has Honda done to the Accord? Even the upper trims look ugly and blob like. I like the clean looking interior but that’s where it stops. Then they put the 1.5T in all trims.

You must be in the minority. Edmunds and other auto reviews really like the 2023 model. The base engine is only in the LX and EX trims. The higher trims also get the hybrid engine feature. To me the redesigned model looks more like an Audi.

I thought it would look better in person as pictures don't always do cars justice, but unfortunately I still didn't care for the looks when I test drove it. Interior was pretty good though, at least on the Touring trim.

Absolutely u-g-l-y. The one two generations back had a very pleasing look. Last gen... I suppose ok, well, mebe not the frt end... but current one: fuggedaboudit...

They lost me when they dropped the 2.0T 6MT...

Two ugly cars got together and ..... disappointment to say the least. If this is the trend it's quite possible I buy an Acura.

I like it. You will all be singing its praises in a few years, watch. Just like the 10th gen. Upper trims are hybrid 2.0, all others 1.5.

With both the 23 Accord and the CRV they look like they told the engineers and designers we have to build these cares for less money, they both look very generic now.

Accord ugly? Next thing you'll tell me the sky is blue and water is wet! There hasn't been a good looking Accord since the pop-up headlights went away. That said, this isn't a terribly ugly Accord, they have made a lot worse.

Us as well. All we have owned are the EXL with the moon/sun roofs and leather etc...
