Yes, there is carpeting even in the lowest LX trim line! But as mentioned earlier in my post, there is noticeable cost cutting everywhere! Which makes the 1st compelling argument for the money!!
Carpeting and cloth seat fabric is among the cheapest I've seen in a vehicle. The EX-L with the leather(hence the "L" designation) looks much better! Other materials are average.
