A negative dew point means that the dew point will not be reaches until the temperature falls below the freezing point of water. This means that the dew that forms will form as frost on cold surfaces and not as liquid water.

We see 100% humidity almost every night in the summer. Dew point around 80F

I think at 6% I would likely just die suddenly.
