Nicest plastic push rivet I've ever seen - what's it called?

I'm working on a GM for the first time in a long time and some of the plastic under the hood is retained with these plastic push rivets that have a twist off top. I've seen plenty of the regular push ones, and even ones with Phillips heads, but haven't seen these before.

I'm trying to search for new ones but my Google fu is weak. Anyone know what these are called or have a part number?

Ford uses them (very sparingly) as well. My wife's Fusion has 1 or 2 in each wheel well.

Wow. Nice! I use push rivets all of the time, I will have to look for some of those. Thanks for posting.
