Congratulations and thousands of miles and years of reliable motoring. Great pics. Keep making memories.
I would do that asap, before you get any scratches through the paint and corrosion starts. Spraying when new is what i did. Bullet liner in mine.Looks great!
I'd line that bed
When did you buy your first NEW truck?? Let the OP know you'll buy it from him in about 2052I bought my first truck at 16 that was 4 years ago haha.
Simple. Durable. Easy DIY maintenance. Dude in the back will inherit this Chevy truck before you know it.At 35 years old I purchased my first truck. Nothing fancy or “cool” but exactly what I need as a home owner. 2022 Chevy Colorado LT 2.5 rwd. I absolutely love this thing!View attachment 119235View attachment 119236View attachment 119237View attachment 119240

so actually '21, $' w/trade in, pretty good. With the options it came out to $32,690. I got $1,250 in rebates. So $31,440 before trade in. I traded my long paid off 2013 (bought new) CRV with 121k miles on it and they gave me $10k. They did not do any dealer markups.
Normal procedure is to spray under those caps. Those caps can break fairly easily during removal.I plan to call Line-X on Monday to schedule a time to drop the truck off. I plan to have them remove
The caps on the bed sides (picture attached), spray the bed, and reinstall them. What about the access panel at the end of the tailgate? Should I have them remove the screws before spraying, so I have access to remove the panel?

I laughed at that. I will say they are good at maintaining them, but getting driven by a bunch of different people can be hard on vehicle.Beyond encouraging.
Re mulch: Yes, 2WD for the win OFTEN!
correct...the G80 is what I had in previous 4WD vehicles...I wrote LSD when I meant locking differential...appreciate the correctionThats a G80 locking diff, not a limited slip. I had one in my GMC. Worked great and never gave me any trouble.
Have you driven this generation Chevy Colorado? I have, these aren’t like the Ford Ranger from yesteryear that would fish tail in dry weather, or skid under hard braking. Also, since this is your first RWD truck - the rear end likes to slide super easily on wet roads if the bed is empty. Don't ask me how I know this...
