New Havoline or probably just a new label...

Somebody needs to invent an oil vending machine. You bring a jug and insert your credit card, you tell the machine you want 4.8 quarts of mobil 1 0w20 and it gives you exactly that much. It would prevent plastic going in the landfill and you wouldn't have .2 quarts of oil leftover and you wouldn't have to buy an entire extra quart if your car takes 5.3 quarts.

If it’s be like a gas pump, I wouldn’t want any of that thinny 0w20 getting mixed with my 0w40. No thanks. 😂

That is a good idea though although having extra for top offs is nice too.

Yep. I made an almost similar point a few months ago in another thread. Lol

Is there still a non-lifelong FS 5w30 Havoline 6 quart smart box or has the lifelong taken its place?
I've only seen the lifelong formula 5w30 FS at my WM for over a month or longer. All of the regular Havoline FS 5w30 smart change boxes are out of stock the last few times I've looked at the app.

So… I’m really OCD about these things:

Ive been waiting for a full syn high mileage Havoline prods to come out in the boxes - but because they labeled it “lifelong” I can’t get a single quart version (that is labeled full syn high mileage”. I have this weird thing about always having an extra quart of whatever is in the sump. Chevron is making it difficult for me.

First world problems, I know.
