Went to Walmart to get supplies for an oil change on my daughters 07 fusion today. Grabbed some Valvoline R&P and looked at a Endurance filter while there, FE2 I think. With my phone flashlight I could hardly see the louver openings. I just put it back and grabbed a Micro Guard Select from the store down the road.

That leaf spring looks to have minimum ripple, and the area that sits against the end cap is pretty wide compared to others. Must not be from the Ruffles factory this time.
