You only live once, man.

Tis' true bud, but I have a fear of ending up with a girl that would be trash and her ending up pregant and living on the system. I want to get done with school before I get serious that way I can provide, as well as look for someone that is humble and carries herself well. My age group is lacking in self respect for the most part they just don't appeal to me. I find myself attracted to women in their 30's because most of them have grown up and are more humble than their younger counterparts. I have seen women in their 30's with young kids that are GOOD caring mothers. My age group swears at their kids and they can be down right trashy...No thanks
I hope my rambling made sense.

Also get renters insurance: It is only $250-$300 a years. If your bedroom door is forced open, it is proof that your were burglarized. Insurance will pay for what is missing. You should have renters insurance anyways.

She'll think you're the marquis de sade! Just put a lock on a closet then say it came with the apartment if asked.

Oh, sure. I wasn't thinking about long term relationships and kids and all that.
