Need narrow wire brush to clean between stud and hub. Have Scotch-Brite tool for the flat hub area but cannot get between stud and hub. 4WD.

Suggestions?

Those wire brush kits for cordless drills are so cheap at Harbor Freight or Amazon that if they last only a couple of times it's still not a bad deal.

Probably just a manual style unless they have something fancy that fits in a sawzall. 🥴

HF has about 10 styles of steel brushes.

So the Scotch-Brite cleaner kit for the flat hub area (similar to the ones in this thread) will actually fit over the stud. Never knew that. So that should take care of my needs to clean between stud and hub.

I use a 4 inch wire wheel with a short hex shank extension in a cordless drill to clean around hub pilots. Those long truck hubs can be a pain but its doable

So be aware that these kind of kits come in ones 1.5" wide and 2" wide. I have both now.

Scamazon assorted wire wheel brushes for drills. Dirt cheap. Don't last long though. Then put a thin layer of anti-seize over it when you're ready to put it back together

I always buy the cheap battery post brushes and put the small hole cleaner end in my drill for things like that. It always falls out of the plastic holder after few uses any way so I found a use for it.
