There’s still one lug nut seized half way. Do I just snap it off with the impact?

you do whatever you have to do to get the wheel.off with no damage. Sometimes with only the wheel left hanging by that lug you can get a bar between the wheel and hub to put tension on the nut and work the nut off with an impact. Other times a half inch drill bit down the center of the stud is the best way
