Name something you used to always do but don't/rarely do anymore.

Interesting. Both good for you. Must have really liked them
I love OJ, hard to top a fresh opened carton of Original or Country Style Minute Maid, it is the brand I like. IMW it is how OJ should taste. Was doing the the Tart Red Michigan Montmorency Cherry juice to help with my worn out feet. It helps. Have found the extract of the tart cherries in pill form to be nearly as effective. That alone removed 1000+ calories a week. Orange juice another 1000+. All my pants are sliding off if I dont wear a belt. I think my dedicated walking and less/no high fructose juice is why the waist is shrinking. Since I quit working 5 years ago I have lost 4 inches around the gullet. 42 to 38 and their falling off if I am not careful. My lady friend was a bit jealous in our adventures yesterday, she said women of all ages were checking me out. Only noticed one who was about 55ish. I need to get my "Handsome" pill prescription refilled.

Workaholism. Work always came first. Realized after leaving a 17 year career and people I worked with ignoring me after I left that work relationships aren’t real. Family is.

New career I got asked to do some things against my code of ethics as a CCA Agronomist. Got fired, then within a couple days unfired because of how “important” I was (sudden threatened exodus of a key region to the company that only I could save, in the words of that customer base) so I soon quit.

I’ve been putting family first since and enjoying life more. I did take a promotion that asks more of me, but worked out a deal with my wife on agreed hours and am sticking to that.

Drink alcohol. Haven’t had a drink since 2023. Life is better alcohol free. More money saved, no hangovers, better hydration, no upset stomach in the morning, better mood, better sleep, more productive, better example for my children, etc.

Drink hard liquor
One frozen Margarita every other week at Jose Peppers. It is so cool that I can get buzzed on one Margarita. God I'm turning into a light weight. But still enjoy the effects.

I no longer drive fast, as I used to do routinely.
Twenty over? Why not? The occasional excursion past 100? Part of any road trip.
Maybe ten over these days at the most.

Enjoy life.
I feel you! I think that’s how it’s gonna be for me somedays BUT

Just keep in mind what Chael Sonnen said at his UFC HoF induction. “Dreams come true. Hard work pays off. Bad times don’t last but bad guys do!”

Also anyone who’s a pro wrestling fan may recognize who he stole part of this line from.

Same. Hang out in the slow lane and let the fools find the bears
What kills me is that I'll have the cruise set in the young seventies and the fools will be all over themselves with braking when they spot a cop running speed from the median.
I know that the cops couldn't care less about anything less than ten over, so I just maintain speed and cruise on by.
