Depends on where you live in the country. I don't think you could survive around here very well on less than about 35k a year.

if i would someday move to USA,which state i should move in? california, florida? i personally would like to move to a small town somewhere in florida

112233,

Lots of small towns in North FL that are quiet, afforadable, not too far from the bigger cities/attractions, no state income tax, sunny and warm during the winter....etc

Is that pic your screen saver now?
Or is that oil porn?
I know it made me all warm and fuzzy ....... I think I need a life!

Ohio is a pretty cheap place to live, as are the contiguous states, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
OTOH, all of these states can likely match the Swedish winter on a bad morning. Winter here, in the mildest part of Ohio, seems interminable.

Well, get a decent college education in a recessionproof industry (medicine, education, food, repair, law enforcement) while it's free in your country (don't you get paid to go to college, even?), then you'd have a pretty good chance of getting a job anywhere.

yeah,i think so,but it dosn´t really matter for me even if they would pay me all the money in the world,i don´t want to go to school anymore,it was a miracle that i even got trough high school,i wasn´t good at school,i failed math and stuff, only thing that i were decent were at english classes. i love cars and music,if i would fix cars or sell them or something,i don´t need to go trough college for that would i? then there is music,im a amateur drummer,if i can find a band that would need a drummer somewhere in USA,i would fly there faster than i can blink.

for the past 5 years i have lived here in sweden,is starting to be enough for me,i don´t mean that there is something wrong about living here,i think it´s a very good place to live,i just don´t feel i would fit here,i don´t speak swedish very well and stuff, and i don´t like the cold weather, that´s why i would like to move somewhere where it´s warm, like florida, find a nice job,buy myself a 91-92 trans am gta,all though i wish i could take my 92 firebird with me,but i guess i need to sell it sooner or later,to get some money if i come to america.

and that´s for one quart!

Talking about cheap oil, I bought 4 gallon jugs of Synpower at Kragen for $64 after tax, with $50 rebate from Valvoline the cost per quart is less than $1.

I bought four gallons online from AA a couple winters back for $4.95 on closeout then applied a 10% off coupon to pick them up in the store. Store didn't have gallons in stock so they let me substitute quarts. And they helped me load my car.

The oil's good stuff, I drained it (5w30) from a cold motor and it was all gone in a minute.

Unless you have US citizenship that dream is not as easy that you may believe. As a visitor you are not allowed to work, and not having a college degree makes it difficult to apply for a temporary work visa.

that´s a idea... but where im gonna find a pretty woman who wants to marry a guy like me?? i would just play my drums and drive around in my car at weekends, women seems to get angry at some reason for guys who just pay attention to their cars.

yeah,i hope i can find a job too, i just hope it dosn´t have to be as hard factory work as i use to do,like waking up at 5am,and coming home to around 6pm. just a few hours of restless sleep and up again. that work almost killed me,literally, after doing that about five years,i started having chestpains, couple times i almost thought im really having a heart attack or something. i was actually happy when they told me last summer that they don´t have any work for me no more. since last summer i have just played my piece of junk electronic drums, and i have felt happier than i have felt in years

Yeah, like there's no downside to that path!

There is no easy, legit way of gaining a green card. The best method is to stay in school and get an advanced university degree, either at home or in the US.
