I'm on my 2nd Tesla. I was an early adopter with the '18 Model 3 Mid Range and now I drive a '24 M3P.
If something happened to this car, I would order another tomorrow. It's that good.
Regarding the CT, I was not sure if the vehicle was for real; I thought perhaps Musk was playing a joke. I still do not understand the design. I doubt its viability; time will tell. I do believe it could have been different and far more successful.
Regarding Tesla as a company, a key reason I bought the first car was because Musk reopened the shuttered NUMMI plant, where thousands worked. It was the biggest employer in the area; not everyone can work in high tech. Now over 25K people work there and many more in support. Fremont is the #1 US vehicle factory in terms of production. I salute and support that.
My favorite Musk company is
Neuralink.
Is Tesla an amazing car company? Take the 2013 Model S. Beautiful, fast, and the first practical EV from a company that had only built a low production sports car which was stopped to build the S. Pretty darn amazing when you stop and think about it. Tesla changed the world.
You?
Please don't mention politics when asking me a question. You wanna discuss the cars, fine.
