My local Walmart has older looking 5w-20 on clearnace for $9 a 5q jug. What is the difference between this and the newer orange looking jugs? I would like to use it in a Honda 2.4 without any problems. TIA
There is an endcap full of it. I shall head over on lunch and get a few.
After my recent Valvoline change has run its course, I am going to switch to my Supertech I picked up until spring, then the MC for the summer.

SN latest spec, also coincided with MC Syn Blend 5w20 going from $12 to $14 a jug a while back at Wally. $9 is a great price. Hard to imagine it's that slow a mover that it was put on clearance. Not around here.
Does SN mean its more fuel efficient than the SM? i have a hard time keeping up with all the changes.
They look dusty like they have been in back sitting around so perhaps it's just that they are cleaning the back warehouse, who knows. I'll be sure to open the caps and check the foil beforehand too.
is roughly the difference between gf-4 and 5. I dunno, I'd happily buy it but probably not wildly stock up on it. 1.75 for conventional isn't an eye popping good deal though it is a good oil.
