The Mobil1 is Dex/Merc fluid, and the Delvac 1 being a TES-295/TES-468 approved fluid is definitively a good extended drain oil that should work well in applications calling for it or Dex/Merc, The Mobil1 has no approvals/licenses except maybe Mercon V and is mostly just recommended for a bunch of applications while the Delvac 1 is backed up by an approval and probably has more PAO based on the lower Brookfield.
