Hi,
The book states Merc/Dex - I have been using Mobil 1 ATF, but it is harder to find around me now.
The vehicle has an 'old' transmission. They have switched to a 5-Speed 'new' AT in 2004 with WS ATF for the 100 Series LCs.
Would TES-295 be a good fit?

TIA

Any synthetic multi will work fine in your Land Cruiser :)

Even the WS and newer LV formulas are no problem at all. And yes, TES-295 is good too.

If you have the Allison fluid, it would make an excellent Dex/Merc and I would definitely use it. So, it would be a good fit.

Those older Toyota transmissions weren't fluid picky. Pennzoil and Castrol have regular visc ATF"s that you should be able to find at local stores too.

And the Mobil1 ATF is easy to find online... at various autopart stores and amazon.

Thank you all. That's A343 4-speed transmission built by Aisin-Warner.
