Kinda makes your quote of all major oil companies not using moly anymore. You even posted that Mobil and Amsoil didn't use it,yet Amsoil just started in the past few years and Mobil always has.

Can you tell me which M1 oils do not use moly?

There is a UOA showing the use of Mobil Delvac 1 that has no Moly and another for M1 5/40 diesel turbo diesel and that does not have Moly either. Most big oil companies make top of the range G4 synthetic oils that have no Moly in them, but most of the cheaper HC synthetics, part synthetics and conventional oils do contain Moly.

Mobil 5000 isn't a synthetic, and isn't a Mobil 1 grade. Making your reply to buster pointless.
