I was kind of surprised that Mobil 1 Extended Performance 0w20 High-Milage does not have same amount of PAO, totally different

Thanks Tom, is it true that API does not really use HTHS as parameter but it is defined on ILSAC-GF6A ?
HTHS is specified in the SAE J300 document defining viscosity grades. It is technically part of the ILSAC specifications since they require certain specified viscosity grades defined by J300. The API specifications do not.

I believe 150c is about 300 f. I believe I read where Mobil 1 oils are tested at around 500f. Is that right?

Many companies have internal tests for formulating screening purposes. It wouldn't surprise me if XOM had a test at that temperature, such as for coking tendencies, but I would think it would be more useful for industrial or aviation oils rather than PCMOs. Extreme condition tests speed up the testing, but also drift from real world conditions and may lose relevancy.
