We love and spoil our dogs and cats - but there seems to be a growing number of sorry dogs as derivatives of sorry owners. I drove up too late today when this one was mauling a cat … seeing me got him off but it was too late.
(we have leash laws).
I’d rather not show the cat.
Found a neighbor outside later and gave him pictures … he knows the city guys too.

A friend of mine has been trying to adopt a dog. It's very hard right now. There are waiting lists and any prospective adopter gets scrutinized. You even have to show pictures of every room in your house.
