Thank you for giving a good life to a little one. My babies were abandoned and I am glad they chose to live with me. Think about the size of the little one and the size of the room and think about your size and the size of room you are in. The room is big enough for the little one to explore, sleep and feel secure. For once it is healthy and feels good and it is looking forward to a great live filled with love. My Sheltie was a wonderful little girl but for the 6 months or so she chewed everything. We put her in a cage when we left her. She would run in and get her blankets and pillows ready and wait for her milk bone treat. If we took to long getting ready she would go bump Tony and bark at him as if to say hurry up I am ready. When we quit locking her in she still use her "private" space when she was angry with us or just wanted to hide from me when it was time for a bath or meds.
Thank you for providing a good home and love to a special little one. You and your wife will receive more love than you ever thought you would.
