Well I just put a entire can in the sump of my 2006 Jeep Liberty 2.8L Diesel along with 7 quarts of t6, so we'll see in 6k miles!

I just did my second OC using LM in my 93 Aerostar, and I'm happy with the results. I noticed a slight drop in temps, and a tiny drop in oil pressure, the engine is smooth and quiet.
This is now the second season using it in my lawn mower, a 6 hp Briggs engine. I would get some smoke during start up. That is gone with the LM, for all of last season, and so far no problems this season either.
I plan on treating my E-150 with it next OCI. I'm currently running MMO in the oil in the E-150 to clean anything that might be in there up before using the LM.

Not to mention that it has reduced the startup rattle my car occasionally experiences. It is very faint now, and doesn't happen very often.
Hey Chevrofreak- Glad it is working, it stopped the smoking in my mower and the 93 Aerostar is liking it. I plan on adding it to the E-150 which is due for an OC. I was planning on pushing it to a year, but I'm probably going to drop it in 6 months. The severe service use was more severe this past 6 months. I have some Castrol EDGE 5W30 I was going to try and I will tweak it with the LM.
I just purchased 5 cans from Napa thanks to this thread. Don't forget to use your AAA discount when buying them. I put 1/2 can in my M3 that I use on the track along with the 15w50 Mobil 1 oil. After seeing that 15w50 only has 90ppm of Moly and that Redline and Motul has a much higher amount it seemed ok to boost the Moly content.
I put the rest of the can in my 01 suburban that runs GC that tows the car, headed out this weekend so I'll report back to see how the car feels with the high heat on the track. In the high heat you can hear the valves a little at low idle.

I do not think you will feel any difference in a weekend. I also would have used a full can in each of your vehicles and then went with a half can for the following OCI's.
It is a great product and I truly believe that it will keep your vehicles running longer.

You may be correct about feeling it, but given that it was 98 and 99 degrees at the track for Tues and Weds and I didn't take it easy on the car since I was testing a new set of track tires, I didn't get any lifter tick, but a student of mine with an identical engine setup and oil selection started to get some lifter tick after the 3rd session on day 2. So it was doing something.

Great news that it goes too work immediately after just a few hard runs. It is a great product and I use it it many of my cars. After 1K break-in miles, I may use some in a rebuilt Boss 302 which dynoed in at 460HP(6400rpm's) and 400lb's torque(3500-5600 rpm's).

Reviews by the same posters who clain switching from 5w30 oil to 5w-20 gets them a 3 mpg increase.
I wish I saw those gains!
Wow, that would be great to have some mpg gains especially in the tow vehicle, a suburban 2500 with 8.1L. It tows like no ones busines, but thrifty on the gas, not so much. Even a couple of mpg in the M3 would be nice, seem to only get about 6-8mpg now

Was trying to figure out if the insolubles of .9% which is roughly 9000 ppm were included in the 4365 ppm measurement so I called blackstone and talked to a lab tech. They said that to read ppm it has to be soluble in there so the 4365 ppm is dissolved and the .9% is anything larger. Even though they are like apples and oranges you could still theoretically say 4365+9000=13500 ppm? right?
To date, has anyone provided a used oil analysis of a "cocktail" of this stuff? Perhaps at 4:1 or 6:1?

I've been using about 150 ml per fill, along with about 4.25-4.50 quarts of Mobil 1 5w40 -- which would be around 4000 ml, so around 25:1 ratio. I don't have the results in front of me, but I think that gave me about 150-225 ppm of moly in the used oil analysis. And wear metals were down, though I think they were trending down beforehand.
