All I could find is that the Melling M397 is their OEM replacement pump with the same flow volume and pressure relief valve setting as the factory OEM pump. Couldn't find any flow performance curves on it.
The Melling 10397-BR is also the OEM flow, but has a +10 PSI pressure relief spring so it will put out more volume before going into relief. The graph I posed in post 119 shows the same pump with stages of 10 PSI higher relief springs, and how that effects the flow vs RPM. A higher relief spring setting makes the pump put more out before hitting pressure relief
But maybe you can call Melling back and ask for flow info on the M397 which is a copy of the OEM Ford oil pump for your engine.
I'd bet the oil pump on that big V8 engine puts out at least what's shown by the red curve in post 119.
