Longest regular/peak OCI on dino?

Due to holiday travel circumstances, I'm coming up on my longest OCI ever, and the first time I've ever seen my OLM go below the 15% mark (where it first starts reminding you to change the oil). Really, I'm only a few hundred miles over (will be at 68xx miles when I change it, longest previous OCI was 65xx and the OLM hit 15% at 61xx) and I'm sure it's fine. But being a BITOG type I can't help getting a little antsy.

I thought this would be an interesting question: What's the longest dino OCI you've run regularly? Longest peak dino OCI? What vehicle/engine combination?

I'll start: longest looks to be 6850 or so, average probably 6200-6300 on this 07 Civic with the 1.8l engine. Never gone longer with another car.

I've done over 9,000 on my previous vehicle, an '07 Element; with the Honda conventional oil.
And my last OCI on my '09 CR-V with the factory fill, I changed at 8,600 with the OLM at 30%.

I run 7-8k miles all the time and this summer went a little over 11k due to reading the ODO / my log wrong.

No worries. 191k and counting. 2005 Toyota Corolla. Did a 6k run with QS with my 2007 Subaru and the UOA came back perfect. (mostly highway miles with some 4 hour traffic jams)

We did 7500 miles regularly for the first 160k on our toyota previa. Still uses no oil and runs great at 230k.

I wouldn't go past 5K on dino, but that's just me. Oil is cheap compared to rebuilding/replacing a sludged up engine.

On our 03 Civic, 7500 miles on conventional.

The factory OCI was 11,000 miles on conventional. I felt I was being very conservative.

I ran some 15W40 for around 8 or 9,000 miles in my Neon this summer. 95% of my driving is 55mph highway but I did a full track day (went through a whole tank of gas) and did 8 autocross races. The oil definitely wasn't "new" anymore when I changed it and it was pretty dark, but I'm assuming its fine to do this again next summer.

The base stocks of the newer oils are much better, there isn't really too many reasons for "synthetic" usage unless you have a turbo or Euro engine. Most of us use it just for peace of mind. Plus great quality oils like PP and M1 Quaker State Ultimate Durability etc. are fairly reasonable.

Yes, and changing oil half as often and still not having a sludged up engine is even cheaper!

My longest (since I've been paying attention at least!) was 10704km this summer by the OLM in the G6.

I've posted 2 used oil analysis from my 07 Civic EX auto after 6,800 miles and then 10,000 miles on Mobil 1 Extended Performance with good results.

I wouldn't run conventional oil that long though.

People are pushing dino further and further. Honda and GM OLM's are making it mainstream.

Ya, they seem to be a great tool. I recently switched to synthetic because the OLM on the G5 goes so far but it's all been sale priced so far. I may consider going back to conventional during the summer though. Haven't decided for sure yet.

Changed the Quaker State conventional in our '07 Uplander yesterday. OLM said 4% left.
