Second to last car the red min van, looked like he was aiming at the last car.

What was the first driver doing?

From watching a lot of these videos, this is what I learned: To drive in the snow you must 1) Turn the steering wheel against the lock 2) Press brake pedal to the floor

They had NO business out in those conditions!

No common sense.

You get some warning in slow back street conditions that you have little or no traction. As soon as they knew they should have pull to the side of the street and parked.

Which is why I run aggressive snow/ice tires!
 
Maybe they couldnt see ahead, but once I see a couple cars bouncing around I dont think I would keep going down that street.

But I have AWD! That will surely help me descend an icy hill on my bald all season tires!

Makes little difference when 0 of the other motorists do.


Exactly.

YOU are not the problem the "other guy" is, and HE will turn into YOUR problem.
